My new wife is owed $36K in back child support from her ex-husb
and for her 2 daughters who are now 12 + 13 years old. Their father has a court
order to pay $900 a month in child support and he only sends about $50 every
3 or 4 months, sometimes even less than that. My wife knows where her ex lives,
and works but can't get him to fullfill his obligations to his daughters.
Our question is: How can she have the support withheld from his paycheck. Is
there a Federal Agency that enforces and orders this, or should she contact
one of those Child Support Enforcment Agencies and pay the 30% penalty from
recovered support. We live in Arkansas and my Wife's ex lives in California.
BTW. I have 2 younger children also from my ex-wife and my ex has never paid
ANY of her court-ordered child support either. Any information would be
very much appreciated, and thank you in advance!

Let's see, you have HIS kids (that you knew about when you married her),
and you think you are somhow owed $36,000?
Why not see if her ex will take them in if your not willing to support
them.
Do you do the same routine in other areas? Getting in a situation and
then pouting about when you discover you don't like it after all? Thats
why I only date virgins..............
