I owe 4 credit card companies, cannot pay since 12/03 - I've been
getting calls from collectors.
On one card - every 6 months - a new collection agency. You think some
have quit calling - then here comes a call about a card from Another
agency.
I'm considering bankruptcy because if I win a lawsuit in 2006 - it will
be under $25,000 but survival is very strong here. I'm disabled, and
70. It will help see me "til then." so I really need to keep it.

Answer:
You list the credit card company. If you want the collection agencies to stop
calling you, they get listed for "notice" purposes only. You don't owe them
money, so failure to list them has no effect upon your case.
