Question:
Does the IRS work with Corrupted Collection Agencies to Garnish your account?
Can anyone answer this question please?
One attorney told me once: Look, America is the most corrupted country
on the planet; by far over any other country!
I have heard and even read that when a collection agency take to
court, play it well and win a judgement against you
then the collection agency with help from the IRS can find who is your
employer and cash the money from your pay-check!!
Isn't that true? If you disagree, then what is this so called "wage
garnishable"?
Answer:
-Not true at all.

A: The IRS has nothing to do with it. When a creditor sues and wins, the
creditor then gets the sheriff to attach the wages of the debtor. That is
called wage garnishment. A percentage of your paycheck is sent by the
employer to the sheriff who eventually sends it to the creditor. That has
nothing to do with the IRS.
