Question:
Over two years ago a collection agency took us to court over a bogus debt.We
won in court .The judge even scolded the collection agency.The collection
agency has reported this debt as unpaid which has caused us an immense
amount of problems credit wise.I would like to file suit for damages in the
state of GA. Does anyone have an outline or sample lawsuit that i could copy
(and change the names etc) and file.Any help would be appreciated

Take the agency to court for defamation, harrassment, and falsifying
documentation to trump up such a charge. I had to do this with a company that
tried to force me a second time to pay off a school loan. I sued the company
(the collection agency and won). I pulled a copy of my credit report and showed
defamation by damage to my credit rating and derogatory comments made about my
character, and/or slow or no pay about a debt I no longer owed. This
recirculated after my school actually switched computer systems and tried to
screw me over for a student loan that had been long paid off.
